From sole proprietorship to high-tech authority

The foundation of RM Precision was laid in January 2000 by owner Rudi Mollink. What started in Nijverdal with a single lathe and a vision of craftsmanship has grown into a leading player in the precision engineering industry. Today, we operate from multiple locations on Edisonstraat with an impressive, fully automated machine park.

Our focus has remained unchanged over the years: translating complex customer requirements into high-end components for the most demanding sectors worldwide. From the semiconductor industry and medical sector to aerospace; we produce critical parts that meet the highest standards.

Our team consists of over 36 driven professionals who work daily at the edge of technical feasibility. The dynamics within RM Precision are characterized by a relatively young average age and a high level of engagement. Thanks to the huge variety of projects and the diversity of industries we serve, our team stays sharp and innovative.

As an accredited learning company, we continuously invest in the future of our trade. We offer challenging internships and training opportunities for vocational and technical students, giving them the chance to work with state-of-the-art technology such as 5-axis CNC milling and advanced robotics. Together, we form a close-knit team dedicated to quality, speed, and technical perfection.

Sustainability is central to our operations, both for the product and the environment. Residual materials are recycled wherever possible, and we manage our energy usage mindfully. Our facilities are equipped with solar panels and all indoor lighting uses energy-efficient LEDs. In this way, we continuously strive to minimize our carbon footprint.

hanks to the diversity of industries and production processes, this is the ideal learning environment for the next generation of technicians. Our internal training is tailored to broaden knowledge and teach the fine details of the trade.

Additionally, we offer internships up to level 4 (MBO 4/vocational), with challenging and varied tasks in a high-tech environment. At StM Precision, we even employ WorldSkills milling champions who pass on their craftsmanship to the next generation of technicians.
